The Angels on Track® Foundation’s goals are supporting and promoting railroad grade crossing safety and awareness and developing programs designed to identify and remove existing hazards at railroad crossings. As one of the leading railroad safety awareness organizations in the country, significant resources have been dedicated to our brand, including our intellectual property. The Foundation owns several federally registered trademarks, including Angels on Track, Crossing To Safety, CTS, Bad Crossings Kill Good Drivers and others.

Recently it has come to our attention that some attorneys are using our trademarks, or similar trademarks, to create confusion as well as an unspoken connection with Angels on Track to potentially direct railroad crossing accident litigation to their firms. While we want all families to have excellent representation in these sensitive matters; the Foundation does not have any sponsorship, affiliation or endorsements with any attorneys. This has been a policy of the Foundation from its existence and it will not change.

Further, any third party’s use of the Foundation’s intellectual property without consent is infringement. The Foundation polices its intellectual property and enforces it, especially when it concerns the Foundation’s brand. The Foundation continues to focus its efforts on increasing railroad crossing safety and preventing accidents at railroad crossings.
