TIMES CHANNEL TO FEATURE THE ANGELS ON TRACK FOUNDATION
IN DOCUMENTARY
The Discovery Times Channel
will air a one-hour documentary entitled TROUBLE ON THE TRACKS
on Sunday, November 14, at 9PM (ET/PT). A troubling story
about deadly accidents at railroad crossings. Based on the
ongoing investigative series by The New York Times, government,
state, and local agencies will be interviewed as well as
railroad corporations who have been accused of destroying
and manipulating evidence, failing to report fatalities,
and blaming drivers for virtually all accidents. Railroad
Safety advocates Dennis and Vicky Moore of The Angels on
Track Foundation based in Ohio will be featured. The Moores
established their non-profit foundation after their youngest
son Ryan and two of his friends were killed at an unprotected
railroad crossing in 1995.
