Reimbursement grants for three grade crossings upgrades were approved by the Angels on Track Foundation on December 31, 1998 for:
Geyers Chapel (installation of gates and lights), 
Back Orrville Road (track circuit ) and 
Eby Road (upgrade to flashers with gates)
